Creating Connection through Innovation and Automation
The path to startup success is as varied as the entrepreneurs that begin them.
Some are led by hopes of increased cash flow, others move forward through the slog to feed the fire that burns inside of them to change the world with their ideas.
An interesting paradigm in business is the human element, we have experienced this theme many times in 2023. Could it be the introspection that comes out of the COVID shutdown?
Could it be age and expertise? No one knows the answer to that but what we do know is that we can learn from the startup slog, from the motivation and we can choose to lead with our humanity... but how?
One entrepreneur's inspiration can be another's' intimidation but consistency, metrics, and small victories are all ways to catch attention and inspire others. Sustained inspiration of vision and conviction comes in different forms for many, and creating a culture of inclusivity and camaraderie is one of the key ingredients.
Knowing that your idea can elevate the lives of others, and that your idea can be integral to the happiness and wealth of love and contentment in others lives can also sustain inspiration far beyond what the cash flow may prove.
It's that human element for the win, again.
So now you have that dream, that idea and you have acquired consistent inspiration to guide you through the trials and tribulations that inevitably follow startup life, you need to move beyond the glitter and the glam of owning that tiny space of genius and learn how to empower the idea into a tactile and impactful vehicle in the world.
Does that look like an app? Does it look like a conglomerate of bio chemical companies? Does it look like a new tech gadget that can revolutionize the health of the world?
Whatever the modality you feel will raise and elevate that idea, that will empower you, your team, the dream to continue forward. That is the true path to success.
Now don't forget… that path may be longer than you thought and that's where the wash, rinse and repeat of inspiration comes into play.
Can you improve the lives of others while also scaling your startup success?
Moving forward with an idea that you feel in your heart can improve human life is never a bad idea. Perhaps not fiscally responsible, perhaps not sustainable, but never an ill intentioned or bad idea…we digress.
Leading with heart, guiding your startup success through the lens of your idea adding value to the lives of those around you can be a hard metric to measure though.
So flip the paradigm.
How can we improve the idea that we feel can improve the lives of others; by making an impenetrable idea, an idea that is fiscally responsible, an idea that can grow with the humans using it and in the end an idea that people clammer to get their hands on.
Inspire. Empower. Improve.
A mantra for life - perhaps.
A guide to startup success - surely.
Being the best human you can be in a sea of startup slog - ALWAYS.
