Why Clients Fear AI in Their Software and What Actually Fixes That

The hesitation shows up before the technology does

The conversation rarely starts with enthusiasm.

It starts with a pause. A client sits across the table, listening carefully, and then asks the question they have clearly rehearsed.

“If AI is involved in building this, how do we know our data stays safe?”

By the time the question is asked, they have already read enough to know that AI systems see more than they should, remember more than expected, and sometimes behave in ways even their creators struggle to explain.
