SMS Privacy Policy

Big Pixel ("we," "us") operates an internal SMS notification system used by Big Pixel staff and authorized collaborators. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with that system.

Information we collect. When you receive or send messages through our SMS system, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send to us, and metadata associated with message delivery (timestamps, delivery status, carrier).

How we use it. We use this information solely to deliver internal notifications, alerts, and operational messages to authorized recipients. We do not use SMS data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

How we share it. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS data with third parties for their own purposes. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider, and Twilio processes message data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Data retention. We retain message logs for operational and troubleshooting purposes for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
