SMS Privacy Policy

These terms govern use of Big Pixel's internal SMS notification system.‍

Eligibility and consent. This system is for use by Big Pixel personnel and authorized collaborators who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive messages. By providing your number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Big Pixel.‍

Message content and frequency. Messages are operational in nature (alerts, notifications, status updates). Frequency varies based on system events; there is no fixed schedule.‍Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Big Pixel is not responsible for carrier charges.‍Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or contact hello@thebigpixel.net.‍

Supported carriers. Messages are delivered via major U.S. carriers through our SMS provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.‍

Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.‍
