Problem
Witherspoon Rose Culture, a wholesale rose grower, needed a comprehensive operations system to manage orders, inventory, customer accounts, spray mix tracking, and complex end-of-month financial processes. No off-the-shelf platform could handle the full scope of how their business actually runs.
Solution
Big Pixel designed and built Quickrose from the ground up: a fully custom operations management platform that handles everything from e-commerce order sync to spray mix inventory, monthly customer statements, and mobile field access.
Process
We architected a full-stack platform with a React frontend, Laravel API, and Azure-hosted infrastructure. We integrated Shopify for e-commerce order management, built automated end-of-month workflows for statement generation and tax reporting, developed spray mix and bed packet management modules, and deployed an Android mobile app for field staff.
Results
Witherspoon now runs their full growing operation on a single, purpose-built platform, with clean order management, automated month-end processes, reliable tax compliance, and mobile access for the team working in the field.
