Problem
BetaBox's Classbox platform, a digital tool built to deliver educational experiences, was experiencing reliability issues that were disrupting the user experience. Image uploads were failing, email notifications weren't triggering, and core platform features weren't loading consistently.




Solution
Big Pixel stepped in to diagnose and resolve the platform issues, stabilizing core functionality across image handling, email automation, and content loading, getting Classbox back to dependable operation.
Process
Our team traced each issue systematically, fixing image upload handling and storage retention, reconnecting SendGrid for automated event-triggered notifications, resolving a static export issue, and addressing content loading failures across Projects and Classboxes.

Big Pixel also worked on designing a new potential product that would help students visualize and track progress in their S.T.E.M. programs. This product would offer guidance, resources, and activities that would assist them to make strong steps along their path to a career in the fields they excelled in. This product "Pathstack" involved branding, strategy, UI & UX design, and some prototyping.
