Bignition

A redesigned commercial insurance platform for an actionable view of business development, from prospecting to projecting new revenue.

Problem

Independent commercial insurance agencies needed better tools to prospect, manage opportunities, and track growth, but the existing platform lacked the functionality and UI clarity to guide daily workflows. Agents were working without a clear picture of their pipeline, their relationships, or their progress against growth goals.

Solution

Big Pixel expanded and redesigned the Bignition platform, building new screens, workflows, and dashboards that give insurance agents a structured, actionable view of their business development activity from prospecting to close.

Process

We designed and implemented new features across the platform: an overhauled dashboard, a game plan wizard for goal tracking, RHI referral process flows, new business revenue scenarios, policies and commission screens, and carrier data import capabilities, all while maintaining compatibility with existing AMS360 agency management systems.
