Rebuilt the core member experience for a loyalty platform to improve engagement from earning to redemption.
Problem
MyRewardPoints had a strong concept, but the platform wasn't delivering on it. Members and visitors were landing on inconsistent pages, navigation was unclear, and the path between earning and redeeming rewards was confusing, leading to drop-off and disengagement at exactly the moments that mattered most.




Solution
Big Pixel partnered with MyRewardPoints to rebuild the core member experience: new Member and Visitor homepages, redesigned Grow and Earn flows, unified navigation patterns across devices, and a strengthened Redeem Points system designed to drive higher interaction.
Process
Our team developed state-based homepage components to serve the right experience to the right user, aligned navigation patterns across member and visitor views, and implemented mobile-level UI corrections for a consistent cross-device experience. We also integrated new promotional components and reinforced security controls throughout the platform.
