Problem
Joyntly needed a platform experience that matched the sophistication of their product; one that made it easy for admins to manage a growing roster of clients while giving employees a simple, engaging path through behavioral assessments and ongoing skill development.
Solution
Big Pixel designed the full product UI, from admin company management and user onboarding to employee-facing assessment flows, results dashboards, and weekly progress reports.
Process
We designed each screen around its specific user: admins needed control and clarity, employees needed simplicity and motivation. We built out flows for company management, CSV-based user imports, filter controls, assessments, and results views.
Results
A clean, modern platform that makes skill development feel approachable and gives Joyntly's admin team the visibility they need to grow their client base confidently.
